Dropzy - Privacy Policy

Overview

Puzzlora Games ("we", "us", "our") built Dropzy as a free-to-play mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Automatically collected:

Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
Game progress, scores, and gameplay statistics
Crash logs and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics)
General analytics events (via Firebase Analytics)

We do NOT collect:

Your name, email address, or any personal contact information
Location data
Photos, contacts, or other sensitive device data

How We Use Information

To provide and improve the game experience
To display ads (via Google AdMob)
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
To understand gameplay patterns and improve game balance
To sync game progress if you use cloud save

Third-Party Services

Dropzy uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — analytics and crash reporting
Google AdMob — advertising
RevenueCat — in-app purchase management

Advertising & Ad Consent

We show ads through Google AdMob. When you first open Dropzy in a region where consent is required (e.g., EEA, UK, Switzerland), a consent form will appear with the option to accept, refuse, or manage your ad preferences.

If you consent: AdMob may use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads.
If you do not consent: We serve only non-personalized (contextual) ads. No advertising identifiers are collected.

You can change your consent choice at any time via Settings → Privacy Settings within the App. You may also opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:

Data Retention

Game data stored locally on your device persists until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Cloud save data in Firebase Firestore is retained as long as your account exists. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Dropzy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

GDPR Compliance (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent local laws.

Legal basis for processing:

Consent: Personalized advertising — we request your explicit consent via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before serving personalized ads or collecting advertising identifiers.
Legitimate interest: Non-personalized (contextual) advertising, crash reporting, and app functionality — these are necessary to operate and maintain the App.
